Q: How do I contact customer service? A: The easiest way to contact customer service with a question is to e-mail us at daxieboytoys@gmail.com. We receive and respond to e-mails faster than phone calls.
Q: Why do shipping charges seem high? A: Our shipping charges may seem higher than some companies because we package our items with care. We are also collectors and we do not ship our action figures in padded envelopes like some companies.
Q: Why won't my promo code work? A: A promo code will only work if you are a new or existing customer. Make sure to sign into your account and then enter your code during checkout. If you still have problems using your code send an email to daxieboytoys@gmail.com immediately with your contact information and someone will get back to you promptly.
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How will I know when my item has shipped? A: You will receive an email with a tracking number after your item has shipped. Please make sure to add daxieboytoys@gmail.com to your contacts to ensure these emails do not end up in your spam folder.
Q: Why are there items online that are not in the store and vice versa? A: When we receive products we designate a certain amount for the store and the website. We will also take older items from the store and put them on the website to make room in the store for the new items arriving.
Q: Why can't I purchase an item online and pick it up in the store? A: At this time we do not have enough staff to pull items from the warehouse to bring to the store. It is something that we are looking into for the future.
Q: What can I do if I am looking for a specific item that I do not see on the website? A: Send an email to daxieboytoys@gmail.com and let us know what you are looking for. If we can get the item we will let you know how much it will cost and approximately how long it will take. After you have reviewed this information just let us know if you want the item and we will get it for you and then notify you when it comes in.
Q: Why don't I receive a shipping invoice with my package? A: In order to minimize our use of paper we do not include invoices. If you need a copy of your order you can find it under the Customer Service, Account Information page.
Q: Why was my order shipped in a used box? A: At Daxie Boy Toys we try to reuse all boxes and packing supplies. This reduces the amount of waste we produce as a company.
Q: How do I know if the items I want to purchase are in stock? A: We rarely put items up for pre-order. If you see an item on our site then it is in stock. If for some reason an item is a pre-order it will be clearly marked in the name and item description.
